What does this have to do with the LAW? I could give a crap what her life experiences are. How does she interpret the LAW?

I don't think you know what this means.

As a staunch conservative I believe in fairness, this is fair.
You are either a troll, or an idiot. I lean toward the former.

This has to be a troll.......

This. If the answer includes racial, gender, or other demographic considerations, I do not support her nomination.

Well, here is your mistake. The only people who use the adjective 'staunch' in front of the word 'conservative'.... are leftists.

Dems almost 100% don’t view pedophiles in a negative light.
The OP isn’t a conservative. That was a lie. Once you realize that you can easily figure out why the OP is behind Brown.

There are better people. She may be, in your opinion, the best black female SCOTUS appointee, but she isnt the best person overall for the job.
Even Democrats could have done better by nominating other qualified judges. Dont try and justify a bad pick.

Is her race and sex the most important determinant of her point fo view?

so can we say the next appointment will be a white male?
then, find the most qualified one.
that's fair, right??

The fact that she’s been reversed more than average is enough for me to not want her anywhere near a court making decisions from which there is no appeal.
I am not behind her on principle.

she qualified, is she the most qualified? I doubt it but that is besides the point.
And this is the reasoning that gets you Joe Biden in the Oval Office. And Kamala Harris giving us 2nd grade geography lessons about the location of Ukraine and Russia.

Why don’t we just put a homeless crackhead on the bench. He has a unique worldview that he can bring to the table.

Ah so you're one of those "living, breathing document" cocksuckers. Good to know that I need never take you seriously.

I loved it when Tucker Carlson started talking about her LSATs. Although he didn't say it, the implication was clear -- was she even qualified to get into Harvard or was she just another Affirmative Action poster child.
Her biggest "claim to fame" is that she was on Harvard Law Review. Well, we also know that the Harvard Law Review also uses an Affirmative Action plan and sets a quota for its members. It's interesting that Harvard boasts about these AA program but then you're not allowed to scrutinize anyone who MAY HAVE taken advantage of it. So, did she deserve that accolade? Let's see her grades.
If the left is going tout these accolades, then they deserve to be examined.
It appears as though this woman MAY have been the benefactor or Affirmative Action to get EVERY F*CKING POSITION she has ever gotten (we KNOW FOR A F*CKING FACT that her nomination was guided by a RACIST Affirmative Action process). If this is the case, doesn't she have a conflict of interest in ruling on the upcoming Affirmative Action cases that will be before the Court?
In any event, Congress has a DUTY to explore these issues.

Then she should be in the legislature crafting laws that are independent on the color of one's skin or the type junk between their legs.
What we need is a "Words mean what they meant when they were coined - anytime you have an new slant then you need a new word" law.

So she brings that “black women perspective”? It’s amazing how liberals think the entirety of a person can be defined by race and sex.

With the passing of the Crown Act we have no choice but to accept her
