Essentially White Americans were sold down the river for cheap labor. Both cheap blue and white collar collar jobs.
This is why I have such a big concern about whether or not Vance will do what it takes to help deport indians too and pu6y a stop to the HB1 visas. And stop anchor babies too.
From what I can tell Texans has fricked themselves. Especially since all their Indians still brought that caste system over. I've seen it first hand in tech.

I don't know a single immigrant that didn't work harder, smarter, or better than the natives they surpassed. It's weird how successful they are in this land that's filled with systemmic racism.

they are coming from 3rd world countries pretty much. that has to motivate them to be successful. they aren't lazy.

But because they operate as ethnic collectives, and put nepotism over competence, they can lock us out of the economy. Look upthread at the posts about tech companies that are majority Indian now.

Correct, but if you look at 1st gen Indian and Asian Americans, they tend to achieve as much or more than their immigrant parents
The parents see their move to America as a giant risk and/or sacrifice and they make sure their children do something productive with it.

Indians also lie on their resume. This was told to me by an Indian friend. They practice what to say in interview loops and test questions. Then bust their arse when they get the job. It's a fake it till you make it.
I've come across many that are unskilled trying to make it but also many that are extremely intelligent. So it's a mixed bag. Their frugalness helps a lot when it comes to margins for companies.

You look at the average iq score of Indians who live in America and then compare the average iq of Indians who still live in India.
You will see a massive advantage for Indians here. That is because they are the ones who came over.

While this is somewhat true, it is not true at all for Indians in the USA, who are way more expensive than white people.

I don't have numbers..But, I can tell you the vast majority of Indians I work with were on H1B Visa status a long long time before they got Green Cards or permanent status...I'm pretty good friends with a couple of them and they complained a lot about the wait to get permanent status...One of them I know waited for 12 years working the entire time at the same company I work for...I'd say the wait is 10 to 12 years for most..
They only offer so many Green Cards / New Citizenship status per country every year, and it's the same amount for every country so since they are from India and there is a boatload of Indians here in the USA on Visas, it's an extremely long waiting list for them...I imagine the same for Chinese as well...If they were Iranians or from some other country we don't have many foreigners from, they would get a Green Card or Citizenship status way faster..

We are getting India’s best and most educated in most cases.
