Was curious so I looked it up.
The Eagle's name is Lincoln and he also starred in the Budweiser Superbowl ad this year.
Part of an organization called the American Eagle Foundation. It is headquarted in Pigeon Forge TN and has been in partnership with Dollywood for years, who wanted to bring the bald eagle back to TN. They rehab birds who have been shot, hit by cars etc.
Which reminds me. Many many years ago my uncle in Alabama returned from the taxidermist who told him. Some city slicker from up north was visiting a relative who gave him a shotgun to shoot. He goes into the woods, shoots a hawk and brings it to him to mount.
He opens the crocus sack takes a look and says. This is not a hawk. You see bald eagles dont actually go bald until they are 4 or 5 years old. What you have here is a young one......and a lengthy prison sentence. I suggest you take this bag and bury it somewhere, preferably not your own property......and stop shooting shat when you dont know what it is.....

So, I saw this thread last night, but got distracted by the young lady in first response post. Also, sometimes Twitter/X video is slow to load [need to address this Elon... you are the man] so I moved on.
Glad I read TerryDawg03 post, because I finally saw the video... and it delivered. But I'm just as happy reading this backstory on AEF out of Pigeon Forge... and the story of the taxidermist.
As bad as the trolling has been around here lately, this forum still delivers.
