Still waiting on my check from these tariffs
Still waiting on my check from DOGE (who by the way cost me 200K)
Waiting on Mexico to pay for the wall.
Waiting on him to end the Russia/Ukraine war
Tired of this "police action" with Iran

He did his best with his SCOTUS picks

I've moved past the culture wars.

I've moved past all the talk and attitude.

I've watched my friends who have farmed for generations not be able to secure their loans and have to sell out primarily over the cost of diesel. And spare me your comments if you've never farmed and don't understand how big of a deal that truly is.

I've never voted Democrat a single time in my 60 years but what is taking place in our country with the cost of living is out of control

Have always voted Republican, Libertarian, or Independent. Can't stand Trump. His followers are worse. Every so often you have a guy who thinks he a deity. Jesus, Mohammad, Joseph Smith. At least Jesus was a decent dude. Trump has just done the same.

The Pledge of Allegiance to Trump- stupid. The true MAGATs can't criticize him. They're afraid. Look at all the people abandoning decency and common sense to suck him off for his endorsement.

Give me an atheist Republican, and that will save this country.

I'll never vote dimocrat but it seems about the same amount of shite gets done with either party in charge which isn't much. One party in line with Israel one party in line with China. Idk which is worse at this point

Not 100% satisfied. But still don't regret my vote considering the alternatives and the man has an entire decades entrenched shadow political establishment working against him, including power players in his own party, and a media apparatus that has done nothing by smear him, sabotage him, gaslight the public and propagandize them into irrational, obsessive hatred and full blown mental illness known as TDS. Is he perfect? Hell no. Is he mostly doing what I voted for him to do? Or at least trying to do what I voted for him to do? For the most part, hell yes.

We are at ware with the commie left and the Deep State for the literal survival of this nation... and I have chosen my side. I have chosen America and the long term stability and flourishing of this country. I don't regret the side I chose because of a few "mean tweets," and higher gas prices for a few months to further American foreign policy and solidify our global power.

Let's now add that the Federal Reserve is raising rates...

like most everyone, I'll never vote for Democrat. That doesn't mean we shouldn't voice our concerns with the people we voted for to hold them to why we voted for them.

What I find interesting is if I had made the post the down votes would be double the upvotes and now it's just the reverse which tells me we're seeing the same thing.

What's wrong with DeSantis?

He's a conservative and MAGA isn't conservative. MAGA is a bunch of RINO's who prioritize "charisma", "Personality", sound bites, and social media posts over implementing conservative policies. A lot of MAGA likely voted for Bill Clinton and Obama because they were "relatable".

If there are things that voters want to see done that have not been accomplished yet they certainly will not get done under Democratic/Socialist control. Regardless of how we feel about Trump we have to get out and vote to maintain this country as we know it.

Everyone knows this! That's all you people ever say. No one is suggesting we start voting Democrat. At what point however do any of these Republican politicians start implementing the agenda voters want? Or do we just continue to take it? It took a brave act by Trump to disrupt the establishment. I'll give him that. I also think his first term could have been much better had they not stood in his way. This term however has been a huge disappointment. Iran is the obvious one but there are so many others. He's deported a few people. That's basically it.

Trump has given conservatives many things that they have been wanting for years. Trump has also done some bad things. Since I'm a rational adult, I'm not prepared to throw out all the good because of the bad.

Trump has given us a foundation to build on. The best solution is to be appreciative of that and vote for better conservatives in the future, not burn it all down and give power to people who hate America.

The perfect example is immigration. Trump is the only president to close the border, carry out mass deportations, and address legal immigration. Yet, the Trump-hating conservatives will tell you that nothing has been done. They will lie and say that Biden had more deportations while refusing to acknowledge the millions he let in.

The foreign-born population has decreased for the first time ever under Trump. This is a simple fact, but it will be denied and overlooked because it doesn't fit "their truth."

None of the problems being bitched about here hourly will be solved by sitting at home and letting democrats take control. Trump isn't perfect, but he's much better than anyone we've had in decades.

Anyone who can't recognize this is being illogical. Just look at the posts from all the Trump-hating conservatives. Nothing is ever good enough. Everything good has to be diminished. Everything bad has to be amplified. Many arguments are based on holding Trump to an unrealistic standard not applied to anyone else.

We shouldn't choose the direction of our country based on irrational thoughts driven by emotions.
