We love in a society of specialists, whatever you do for a job I will bet you know more about than me even if I were to spend days searching the internet.
Same thing about my job. The problem comes when someone thinks they know more than the experts in an area because they read something somewhere.

Less than you would think. Many of the current holdouts are going to submit once they make life miserable and they are staring down the barrel of not participating in society anymore. I’ll say around 20% max holdout forever

Our CEO has threatened to mandate it, but them I saw that 46% of our 15K employees weren't stuck. Shortly after that number came out the started offering financial incentives and no mention of getting rid of anyone who wouldn't comply.
I think he realized replacing 7,000 people might affect performance of the company and our stock price. The messed up thing is I had Covid, and have submitted 3 tests showing presence of antibodies, yet I'm counted in the unvaxxed.

NJ did absolutely awful in 2020 and has one of the highest death/case rates per capita. That is probably why they have such a high vaccine rate - it really hit home. It also could be why they are doing so well, now - a lot of natural immunity up there...
