So repeal the first amendment?

IMHO, balance budget-type amendment is most important.

1) term limits
2) strengthen the 2nd Amendment at the state level by turning every state into a sanctuary state
3) abolish the IRS, FBI, and every other letter-agency

That's my start

I would be completely on board for term limits but I will add that a speaker should get one extra term (one term in general to be speaker). So 12 years and then one term as speaker.

I also think that they should not be able to receive money from lobbyists as it creates conflicts of interest.

1) term limits.
2 terms house - 4 years
1 term senate - 6 years
2 terms president - 8 years
20 year post elected office can’t work as political consultant.

2) fix birth citizenship. Citizenship only if one or both parents are citizens

3) immigrants must maintain 2000 hrs employment a year for 10 years and not receive be on government assistance. Then become a citizen

4) constitutional cap on taxes paid.

5) specific voting rights. 18+, voter ID requirement/government to issue FREE ID, citizenship required to vote

6) census to only count citizens or legal immigrants. Non citizens do not count

7) balanced budget amendment. Congress must spend equal or less to revenue. (See 4 for cap on taxation)

8) limits on federal power. Administrative authority of federal agencies must be set by congressional legislation. iE EPA enforces standards passed by Congress and cannot arbitrarily set standards.

9) constitutional amendment setting filibuster

10) all laws passed by Congress also effect members of Congress. Cannot be exempted

11) member of Congress/White house (elected and congressionally approved positions) and their family cannot buy or sell stocks/commodities. All investments put into governmental investment fund or similar.

Term limits

Lobbying made illegal as it is bribery

No voting if you're living off the government, it's a conflict of interest... unless you're a veteran

Congress gets paid the exact amount an enlisted soldier in the Army gets paid at the E1 level

Public executions for treasonous crimes by government officials

They need 26 to make it happen. I believe it is inevitable within 5 years or so...

it may be our only hope

Repeal the 17th Amendment and clarify the 14th to leave no doubt that children born to people in this country illegally are not automatically American citizens.

"No person who is not a registered voter in the election being contested may contribute to any party running for that office. Further, only live persons - no corporations, PACs, committees, etc. - may contribute."

For the progressives in here, if you aren't a resident of Florida, for example, you can not give to a statewide campaign in Florida. If you don't reside in Valdosta, no contributing to municipal elections in Valdosta. You get rid of the money, you eliminate most of our governance problems.

I think that all were pretty damned good SCOTUS Justices.

Repeal the 17th Amendment.

Federal Term Limits amendment, effective retroactively.

Jungle Primary amendment for federal offices. (Direct shot at the national Party system.)

Age limit for federal office. (80 sounds good)

Protect the right to Free Speech in ALL spaces, not just public spaces.

Cleaning up the language of the 2nd Amendment to once and for all prohibit limitations to private gun ownership and militias.

I own property in four counties and two cities. I pay taxes in each.

In your view, do I not have “skin in the game” in all six? I should be precluded from supporting candidates who would benefit my property interests?

Has anyone considered introducing a no confidence vote? That would be handy right about now.

Yes

Wherever you are a registered voter. I, too, own property in four counties. And two states. Small price to pay for election integrity.
