Term limits without a doubt.
Also a hard fast rule that ALL laws passed by Congress apply equally to everyone. None of this passing bullshite laws and exempting yourself from it.

They would've kept the Articles of Confederation.

The vision that our founding fathers had was incredible
The concerns of the day were not that far off from what he have today

They would have tightened up the commerce clause, so the left couldn’t drive an ocean liner through it.

The 2A would look a lot different. You can't for a minute think they would look at all the mass shootings and not write it differently.

Had they known what 2022 would look like, they would have made it more clear that progstains are indeed an enemy of their creation.

Progstains —> Moral decay of society—>”Fix” the constitution

They would have viewed you as a disease and most likely hanged you.

They most certainly would not have added term limits.

The dangers of government by expert were well known to them, and they would not rush to embrace an organizational principle where outlasting a legislator's term would be how a regulator chooses policy. That's how you get Super Agencies making rules and laws, where the legislature is silent, and they would be deathly opposed to that idea.

If they saw dudes were cutting their duck off and people were giving their pronouns, they probably just light it in fire

This. This exactly.

Articles of Confederation

It's not like no one at the time foresaw what was going to happen. Virtually everything complained of in this thread was either predicted directly or could only happen as a consequence of what the so-called anti-federalists warned of in the debates over ratification. A good sampling can be found in Ralph Ketcham's summary compilation of the anti-federalist papers.

I'm sure they would emphatically state that all people are created equal, but that some people are more equal than others

The Founders would still be stuck at the idea of using force to kill Americans who don't wish to be ruled by DC.

Kind of a strange question, if I start to think about it too much I get this disturbing visual of Benjamin Franklin and Thomas Jefferson taking selfies with each other. Besides if Franklin could see 2022 he would have put in something regarding OnlyFans and Pornhub.

Good list. To add, they would have changed citizenship to only those born of citizens not anyone who can cross the border or take a birthing vacation.

Term limits

This will never happen.

Do you know why? If you had enough people support the idea to pass the amendment you wouldn’t need it in the first place.

Besides, the electorate could term limit candidates every election. They don’t.
