It’s the government once again giving itself permission to violate the Constitution. People are resisting it a little, but not enough.

Red Eagle. FYI, Chatrie v. United States, 146 S.Ct 2878 decided 6/29/26 is a much better case for your argument (you are welcome). BTW both Carpenter and Chatrie involved private data bases (Google CSLI and HL).

I suspect when a case makes it to SCOTUS they will rule that Law Enforcement will need a search warrant to obtain the Flock info in the absence of exigent circumstances.
