What is Tish going to do if all 3 of the main "rapists" are nonwhite in the Cornell case?

There's supposed to be huge protests at Cornell today from both students and faculty. They even want to demand no fraternities on Cornell campus going forward. Do they know what the races of the perps are? Do they see fraternity and automatically assume rich white trust fund dudes?

If I were representing the boys, I would file suit against Bigfoot Tish and Cornell for civil rights violations. The girl has admitted that the two boys who were originally in the room were much drunker than she was. So, why isn’t Sasquatch Tish bringing rape charges against the girl? One of the boys was passed out and the other one was dry heaving. The girl was the only one who was in control of her faculties. But Yeti James only brings rape charges against the two drunk boys.
Also, Cornell knew the facts and didn’t kick the girl out for raping these boys. They were drunker than she was. Pursuant to what Gooney Goo Goo Tish says is the law, the girl raped these drunk boys and, therefore, Cornell should’ve expelled the girl. That's a clear case of sexual and gender discrimination.

Up until like 20 years ago this was probably true. Now even the most elite higher education institutions in this country are full of minorities from the intercities and third world. Sure there's still wealthy whites but these places aren't almost exclusively for the rich, well connected families anymore.

26 fraternities being punished for the actions of one chapter which has already gotten kicked out?
Edit - It’s actually more than 26. It’s closer to 33 when you count the “multicultural” fraternities. And the black ones like KA Psi are notorious for hazing the frick out of pledges.

It always depends on the campus population.
The NYU chapter of TKE was predominately Puerto Rican and other minorities around 30 years ago, for instance.
