That's true. But you know this age-old idea about decreasing the surplus population is not limited to a nation or race.
Ultimately, the plan is a worldwide effort to limit the world population to around 500 M. But even that is on the high end of what is actually intended. This to be achieved of course through war, famine, disease, and dividing people on every possible level.
I know it does sound impossible to achieve. But that seems to be the track we are already on.

It was wrote on them yes. They wanted everyone to see the threat and be repulsed or fearful. As heinous as it is, I think 500M is the top end of what's intended.
