It makes them dumbasses. There's nothing classy about voting in such a way that you know will be bad for the country in order for you to occupy some perceived moral high ground, and it's not as if your vote is public knowledge to begin with. If you don't like his policies, fine, don't vote for him. If you like his policies but don't like him vote for someone else in the primary in the hopes of getting a better candidate.
But when the choice is down to two people and it's Trump or Hillary, or the choice is Trump or Biden, and you know the nation will be better off with Trump, it takes a sort of self-righteous douchebag I just can't relate to to vote against him. Especially considering DC is full of morally bankrupt people to begin with, including both of the people he ran against in the general election.

Is that the same thing that gets them all in a tizzy is the same thing that makes him effective right off the top in many realms, in particular foreign policy type stuff! Nobody, heads of state types, want to test him and find out what time it is. He has that “It” factor, where you darn sure don’t want to get in a poo flinging contest with him as a foreign leader.
Most those on the world scene knows that he had/has no intention on being shown up on the world stage specifically. That’s why we had little or no wars to quag in, nobody wanted to see what his crass arse would do to them.

Some of those people have actually posted here. (I'm not talking about PT regulars either)
But don't forget. Not everyone votes. Sitting home, which republican voters are famous for when they aren't completely happy with the candidate, hurts as well.
Just because someone didn't vote for Trump because of his personality doesn't automatically mean they voted for Biden. Only around 65% turned out as I recall and that was very high.
If conservatives would turn out better they'd rarely lose.
