There are so many “executive orders and laws” that are unconstitutional

And that’s PART 2 of DOGE, to dismantle all these unlawfully made laws over the decades.

Based on the examples you gave, it is obvious to anyone not eaten up with TDS as to why the rulings with Biden vs. the ones were are seeing daily with Trump are totally different.
Play whatever game in your head that you must. Trump will prevail in the vast majority of these cases because the rule of law is on his side.
