I don't like this.
Not because of what happened but because Trump is basically saying to the judiciary f**k you.

BOSTON (Reuters) -A Rhode Island doctor who is an assistant professor at Brown University's medical school has been deported to Lebanon even though a judge had issued an order blocking the U.S. visa holder's immediate removal from the country, according to court papers.
The expulsion of Dr. Rasha Alawieh, 34, is set to be the focus of a hearing on Monday before a federal judge in Boston, who on Sunday demanded information on whether U.S. Customs and Border Protection had "willfully" disobeyed his order.

U.S. District Judge Leo Sorokin, an appointee of Democratic President Barack Obama, said he had received a "detailed and specific" timeline of the events from an attorney working on Alawieh's behalf that raised "serious allegations" about whether his order was violated.
Despite that visa, CBP detained her at the airport for reasons her family members have still not been provided, according to the lawsuit, which argued her rights were being violated. In response to the lawsuit, Sorokin on Friday evening issued orders barring Alawieh's removal from Massachusetts without 48 hours' notice to the court and requiring her to be brought to a court hearing on Monday. Yet according to the cousin's attorneys, after that order was issued, Alawieh was flown to Paris, where she was then set to board a flight for Lebanon that had been scheduled for Sunday.

Concerns have also been raised in other cases about whether the Trump administration is complying with court rulings blocking parts of its agenda. The Trump administration on Sunday said it has deported hundreds of Venezuelans to El Salvador under seldom-used wartime powers, despite a federal judge's order temporarily barring such deportations.

The Dims were even worse when they were in power

We all know why you are against it apparently you don’t understand the concept of a visa

Where were these posts when they were raiding Trumps’s home, trying Trump for “””crimes””” that the governor of NY flat out said they were not going to prosecute anyone else for, were ruling that Mar A Lago was worth a quarter of what it is actually in order to pursue litigation, when the prosecution in Fulton county, GA, was making trips to Biden’s White House in what is only explained as collusion..
Where were these posts then? And it was us asking YOU if that was what YOU wanted?

Well, it will all get worked out at the courts of appeal, no?

What limits, in your mind, stopped the Biden administration and the Obama administration from doing whatever they wanted?

That has been their job since Marburry vs Madison over 200 years ago.

The democrats violated court orders? Wtf are you talking about?

Republican Judges would never do this and Dems already have, so there is nothing to lose but something to gain, politically. The rogue Judiciary MUST be stopped. Lest the whole System become discredited and dumped.

Not sure what you are asking, the limits were judicial review.

First, she is a visa holder. That’s her status. As I understand it the government has very broad authority to send her home. Second, you didn’t mention what she did. She attended the funeral of a Hezbollah leader. IMO, she doesn’t belong here.

As i stated in the other thread...
No. Alawieh was neither a citizen nor a good muslim. She was a terrorist sympathizer with connections to Hezbollah.
What sort of right do you think someone with work visas have? They are here at the discretion of the Federal Government. Not at the discretion of MSNBC or some leftist university or politician. Their visa can be cancelled at any time for any reason. I'd think being linked to terrorist cells is a good enough reason for the fedgov to deport.
Let me ask you this, if you went to Iran and shouted "death to Iran", what would happen to you? If you went to China, and started organizing protests against Xi Jinping, what would happen to you? Or, if you think those 2 countries are extreme examples, if you went to England, as a US Citizen, and typed on facebook "British parliament is protecting pedophiles", what would happen?
We are literally the most "tolerant" country in the world in regards to free speech. If she was an actual citizen she would not be deported and you can't link a single case where any American citizen is being deported for similar infractions. But, she is not a legal citizen, she IS connected to Hezbollah, and she has organized protests in favor of the terrorist organization. She earned her deportation.
And for the judge, lower court judges making unilateral edicts do not trump the Presidency.

I don't know about this situation, but this was my and boosie's point in one of the threads about the Columbia guy. Be careful, because that terrorism label will get turned on you for speech or a cause you support, like J6.
