You’re being vague and I’m not sure why other than you’re embarrassed or ashamed and wrapping that in word salads.

Ok, but I'm not sure what part of don't support them is confusing.

I wouldn't recommend staying at home, there are probably other elections that still matter and so on.

But you don't have to vote on every one of them. And if there is no candidate that is actually worth a vote, then don't vote for it. Otherwise you are supporting eating shite sandwiches.

A lot of words to say don’t vote. Got it. That’s what I was trying to get out of you.

I don't condone it, but i'll take that over misrepresenting the bible and what it teaches any day.

I don't know anything about the election in Texas or the people being elected.

I'll be voting for Donalds in Florida and don't mind doing it. It's the federal level republicans I'll be skipping.

I don't know what you should do specifically. But if you keep eating shite sandwiches the first step to getting away from that is to stop supporting the eating of shite sandwiches.

How is Paxton awful?

Because the Bushes say so. They even threw a bunch of mud at him throughout his career, trying to make it true.

While true nearly every Republican leader is useless, the Democrats are actively trying to destroy what once made the US great

Paxton is scummy as they come personal life wise, but he seems to do right he by Texas politically.

Personality matters more than policy to many on the right nowadays.

Paxton stood up for individual and states rights against the Biden administration. But that is mentioned less than his affair.

Trump has done dozens of things for us, but they are mentioned less than his mean tweets.

Too many conservatives think politics is about electing the holiest person instead of the one who can most effectively give you more of what you want.

No one on the right claims to like democrat policies. Will Talarico or Paxton fight harder against those democrat policies you don't like? That's all there is to it. Anything else is putting your feelings in the way.

Just vote for whoever lines up with your morals the most. It’s not overly complicated

Morals are less relevant than policies.

The only moral knock against Paxton is his infidelity with his wife.

Nothing else seems to be anything more than an allegation with little if any evidence to support it.

Elaborate on this. Doing so will expose the weakness of the case.

In October 2020, eight top aides in the Texas Attorney General’s office reported Paxton to the FBI, accusing him of bribery and abusing his office to help real estate developer and campaign donor Nate Paul.

Four of those senior officials—James Blake Brickman, David Maxwell, J. Mark Penley, and Ryan Vassar—were subsequently fired. They filed a wrongful termination lawsuit under the Texas Whistleblower Act.

The whistleblower allegations directly triggered an investigation by the Texas House of Representatives, leading to Paxton's impeachment in 2023. He was later acquitted by the Texas Senate.

Travis County Judge Catherine Mauzy ordered Paxton's office to pay roughly $6.6 million to the four plaintiffs after determining they acted in good faith and were illegally retaliated against.

Paxton officially dropped his appeal of the decision, finalizing the judgment.

What’s your point? His supposed criminal behavior has no impact on you whatsoever but his policy record would and Talarico has an actual record of some very questionable votes. You are just making nonsensical emotional arguments lol he isn’t going to be sharing a home with you

Paxton's AD office let a child rapist out of prison after 24 hours

What the hell tv ad did you fall for?

Please cite the case.

If you’re talking about the Adam Hoffman case, a jury determined there was not sufficient evidence to convict. Not just 1 brave juror like that recent child murderer. 5 jurors voted against convicting him. That was with the victim testifying. That’s how bad the case was.

The AG’s Office wanted to try him again with a different jury but the victim refused to cooperate. How else would the AG be able to obtain a conviction under those circumstances? They offered him a plea deal that required admitting to the elements of the case, just like every other AG’s office would hopefully also do.

quote:

There is no evidence of Talarico being involved in any child diddling

Talarico’s biggest contributor is practically the President of the Jeffrey Epstein fan club. He is the wealthiest man to not break up with Epstein after the child sex offense conviction and took it a step further by actually visiting the island after the conviction and fund raising for Epstein. Reid Hoffman only backed off his support for Epstein when questioned…in the same way Talarico is distancing himself from his own statements.

Dirty financial support is not a deal breaker for Talarico.
