I have built and sold a business, traveled to over 60 countries, lived overseas several years, raised one Eagle Scout and one West Point grad, served in every church I've been a member of for the last 25 years, and read history daily. Not that any of this makes me an authority, but your insinuation is childish.
So, your objection is basically that it has Biden attached to it in any way? Regardless of what meat the bill actually contains or any support it might have from anywhere else, this is categorical for you?
Question, then: Short of a literal dictatorship, how do you expect to get anything done in DC if you don't find SOMETHING that is common ground with the more reasonable elements of the Democratic Party?

That would allow nearly 2 million ILLEGALS to come here every year. ILLEGALS!!!!
We passed our limit several million ago when W was President.
Seal the damn border. We are not a damned charity!!! There are ways to enter this country LEGALLY. They need to do those things.

No, my statement of FACT is that Biden and the Democrats are the Evil Witch who really, really, really want you to take a bite of that apple.
They have done NOTHING to show that they deserve the slightest benefit of the doubt.

I could be wrong, but I don't think this bill says the limit is letting in 5,000 illegals per day.
It is shutting down once we have ENCOUNTERED that many (even if sent back). It still seems unwieldy, and that's a legitimate concern, but I don't think it's saying what you are saying.
