3 downvotes so far from the crowd of…

Rant is slipping.
I’m as critical as anybody of Trump’s adventurism in Iran, but “Not nearly long enough” was not a reply to a question about this specific situation. He was asked about deployments IN GENERAL, and that’s a different question than one carrier on an extended cruise.

I still think the reply is asinine to the question that WAS asked, but I’ll point out clickbait outrage porn regardless of “side”.

re: Amy Klobuchar's GIRL POWER Post

I actually have little problem with Klobuchar. There’s plenty to criticize her for, but I could say that about pretty much any pol. She does take her job more seriously than most, though, and doesn’t do a lot of rage baiting. I don’t need to agree with even most of your positions to respect your work. Fetterman, for example.

That being said, the two asshats with her in this post (Tina Smith and Peggy Flanagan) are absolute shitheads, OTOH.
This is one of those posts that “own goals” LOTT’s credibility, IMHO.

Arday’s suicide sits squarely with him and Cambridge. Exposing their fraud is not only not the problem, it should be lauded.

That being said, this guy has said some pretty inflammatory things, including about race and IQ. His conclusions and assertions can be debated, but to frame this as the Arday suicide being the catalyst for his suspension is just disingenuous AF.

Neither were Tom Osborne or Bobby Bowden.

Until they were.

He makes mistakes, but they’re correctable. I wouldn’t give up on him. He’s a good representative for the school, IMHO.
FFS, don’t you people have some clouds to yell at?

Are there some below average grads? Of course. Let’s not be stupid with the hyperbole, though.

Or, and hear me out, “reserves” are there in case a substantial portion of your sources are unavailable, regardless of domestic or imported.

It’s not that far-fetched anymore to consider that hacking could take out a significant part of domestic supply, whether it be pipeline controls, power grids, whatever.

Even if I have a well paying job and a decent portfolio, I still have savings.

POTUS Trump or TS Bessent, with their business acumen, could certainly push for a program that enhances SS return going forward that is probably stronger than what Bush suggested.

Why don't they?

Real Patriots don’t question these things.

Sad part is how many here say this with zero irony.
