I'm surprised that no one so far has come up with this solution.

TRACKING + VO-TECH

And this applies to all races. By 8th grade teachers know who is obviously not going to college. So why in the hell are they wasting their time in HS learning Algebra?

Low level students should start Vo Tech training at age 15. By 17 they can choose a career path and make good money. Plumbers make 100 bucks just to look at your toilet. Fixing it is extra.

We talk about Mexicans taking jobs that blacks won't do because of welfare. True. But those Mexicans are doing unskilled work. Poor people in the US can learn skills that lead to very high paying jobs. But we put all of our kids in a college prep curriculum and they are not going to college.

true dat - we got entirely too many people going to college these days chasing worthless degrees.

One of my big gripes as a teacher was parents who wanted their kids taking TOPS courses when those kids were mathematically illiterate.

Yeah genius, I'm sure they're all killing each other with legally purchased guns and would readily "register" them. Idiot.
They were all legally purchased at one point. At some point after that they were either stolen or sold to a criminal, or the legal purchaser became a criminal. It would put the biggest dent into the firearms available with no new restrictions on being able to own a gun.

Of course ending the war on drugs followed up by a campaign against gangs would have the greatest effect on overall violence.

I don't think it is possible. For some reason black people as a whole are incapable of building a productive modern civilization. Of course there are many many many black people who don't meet that stereotype. But for some reason the sum of all black people when added together always comes out to be a negative number. Hence the reason that no majority black nation has ever risen beyond 3rd world status. They always find a way to destroy it. South Africa used to be a decent nation, but now it's rolling down hill and steadily picking up steam. Every other majority black nation has been in the "developing nation" category since its inception.

This is beyond stupid.

So what's the formula for summing up "the black people"

Equation, please.

Not just legal drugs - free drugs. This will kill the gang funding and the dope heads will quit stealing and robbing to get their dope money.

If you want the welfare for the baby, you have to have your tubes tied.

Get the trash out of the schools and into reform school so the performers will have a real chance.

Christ, people, you have this exact same case history with Prohibition and you bastards can't equate them together.

I fail to see how making drugs more affordable will solve the problem of people using drugs. The goal ought to be rehabilitation of non-dealing users, forced correction of small-time drug dealers and a man-hunt against major drug dealers. You don't contribute to the decrease of drug usage in society by making it socially acceptable through legalization.

That said, if we're only talking about normal pot, I'm potentially OK with legalizing that since its impact is negligible, but anything else, no legalization.

Most of the problems with drug behavior stems from the fact that they are illegal more so than the effects they have on the body.

Trillions have been spent on this objective over decades, it isn't going to happen. Functional people aren't finding jobs in today's economy, how do we make work suitable for the aspirations of the cognitively deficient butt hurt that prefer to life on government subsidies and crime? Jobs they could presently take are filled by illegals willing to work. Stupid BS.

Indeed it is.

The question was "What are ways you would prevent, in totality, black on black crime?" If you have something other than defamatory adjectives to add to the discussion, I'm all ears.

The opposite. Decrease all subsidies for people having kids who cannot afford them and cannot raise them properly

Great idea and could easily be implemented.

1) Make welfare, food stamps, etc.. what it is intended to be: A temporary solution. Do this by reducing benefits and/or reducing the time for which you qualify

2) Push education like a God damned motherfricker.

Education (or lack thereof) is one of the two main reasons poor black culture is the way it is (same can be said for any member of the lower classes). The other is lack of familial structure (fatherless homes, kids raising kids, etc..)

If you can do those two things, you are incentivizing success (getting them off welfare) and giving them the tools to achieve that success (education)

Taking it on from a criminal perspective isn't uprooting the true issue. You've got to break the generational cycle of the welfare mindset. The two steps above will do this.

Yes. How often do you find violent crimes committed by a person with a clean record? Domestic crimes, sure, but rarely in the cases of black on black crime to which you are referring. How many times do people have to hear that a child was killed in the crossfire of a drive-by by a gunman with a dozen or so arrests for violent offenses?

The 80/20 theory....80% of the crimes are committed by 20% of the perps.

So how is Tyrone and his boyz getting high as a muthafricka every day on legal weed going to solve the problem? Might, maybe reduce the drug crime problem, but what about robbery, theft and unemployment? Getting high every day isn't a job.

I think Zach's idea is the most sensible and realistic solution. Would it completely solve the problem? Probably not, but it would definitely improve the situation.

So based on this post, you're writing is full of errors and you don't use complete sentences. You are writing at essentially a fifth grade level.

Do you think you should be tracked to votech?
