You stupid mother fricker. It's pretty clear that some countries were targeted by China to send infected people to after the ccp was not able to contain it to Wuhan. Combine that with China and the WHO lying about human to human transmission and you end up with a situation where contact tracing is not going to work as it did in the countries that you referenced. We also had a situation where everything the President said was mocked and actively worked against by the DNC leadership and the media. Fauchi also gets some blame in this with all of his flip-flopping and lack of support for the study of hydroxychloroquine as an effective treatment for CoVid and maybe, more importantly, it's use as a prophylactic as a study from his department in 2005 stated that testing in the lab showed it effective for this use against coronavirus.
If you want to talk about criminal malfeasance, let's have a discussion about the democrat leaders encouraging large public gatherings in NYC and SanFrancisco. Let's talk about the democrat governors in 5 states pushing known infectious patients out of hospitals and into nursing homes. I'm pretty sure we have not seen the end of this issue and my bet is we will see some soon to be former governors in prison by the time this is all done.
