But the crazy liberals like yourself forming a mob around the scene were a threat.

You killed GF.

f true, Trump is about to make a major mistake that will throw the mid terms and possibly 28' to the dems. Chauvin has a longer state sentence than federal, if he wants to pardon him, do it on his last day.

that's what I am thinking!

But Chavin shouldn't be locked up

the media just can't recoil the brainwashing they did...

It would be a mistake and a bad move for Trump to pardon Chauvin.
The left labels Trump a racist for no good reason, but this would just be adding fuel to the fire.

Meh. Of all the pointless culture war shite Trump has lost political capital on, this would be the most justified.

Federal hate crime charges here were bullshite.

He 100% should not be pardoned. He was not following doctrine. Protect officers in line of duty doing their job as taught. Hang em out to dry if they put people they’re arresting in dangerous holds like Chauvin.
Here's the attention you were whoring for. Enjoy it with your downvote.

That's not true. I can't remember the exact details, but a federal pardon would end up lessening some of the state stuff also somehow.

Anyway, none of that matters. If he's innocent, then he should be out. We either care about principles or we don't.

How is it bad optics to let innocent people out of prison?

He would still be in prison for the state crimes.

Never let logic interfere with the best laid plans of conflict merchants.

Trump has said he’s not even considering it and it’s a state issue anyway. Still, we are 5 pages into this thread.

It’s doesn’t matter if the arguments are irrelevant and have no usable outcomes. All that matters is clicks.

It’s why I can never understand the people who reply to transparent trolls on X. All you are doing is paying them money.

Nine minutes is a long time to kneel on a mans neck. Had it been a knockdown drag out life and death struggle to get him cuffed, Id give him 3 minutes to catch his breath. It was never a life threatening situation for the cop and there were at least 3 other cops standing right there with him.

The reaction was completely overblown and the media did everything they could to pour gas on the fire, but DC was no angel.

I dont know how long of a sentence he received, or should receive, but some people should never be given a gun and a badge.

Im sure nearly all cops start off wanting to help make their city safer. Most probably lose some of that but continue to think if they can help even one kid or buy a homeless guy some shoes, well they did what they could do. When a guy loses respect for human life he should be given an opportunity to fill another city job (sanitation, fire, parks etc…) or be fired.

I know it was a highly emotional case but come on, nine minutes?

He might get a pardon on Trumps way out in 2012 or before but not before POTUS WINS AGAIN IN 2028!

That is 100% a lie. Every officer on the scene moved in unison to kneel on Floyd. That does not happen unless the maneuver was taught. Further, the reason the event even occurred is Floyd, a large man, chose to aggressively resist arrest.

Everyone should care. An innocent man was wrongly convicted and darn near killed.

His “leadership” totally lied and sold him out.

If they can do it to Chauvin, they can do it to any of us.
