Is Letlow getting equal time?

I doubt it. I turned the channel when after glowing about Davis' campaign work and how the Republicans must be scared, they finished with "And a little later we will have a sit down with Jamie Davis".

Politicians should be punished

The public will be punished if we choose what politicians do or say or don't do. I like him, but he will never be allowed to vote the way I think would be best for the country . Lightweight Letlow will vote the right way every time. Politicians are not role models, even good human beings. They are elected to vote the a certain way, expect no more from them. He is funded by the liberal world and will be beholden to them. Grow up, show up and vote for the one who will vote tio help our country, not help tear it down.

Picking any democrat over any non-democrat for some of the reasons listed here. The stupid lobby wins all the time.

No offense…but the “won’t debate” argument always makes me laugh. Excluding political operatives and college students fulfilling a political science course requirement, I would bet that less than 10% of voters watch any debate except for the presidential ones. Yet, he/she refuses to debate is the constant clatter. Regardless of the reactions…only candidates who are behind want a debate.

I hope he wins strictly because letlow ducked a debate. Say what you will about lady graham but she showed up on a debate stage. Politicians should be punished by losing if they don’t debate. It’s still the best window the voters get into who these people are.
her backers know we know who she is. It ain’t rocket math.

They have to appease their corporate media overlords. In this case, Disney/ABC.

You misspelled CBS. WBRZ is ABC.

Davis is actually campaigning. Letlow has been quiet and refused to debate and now is slinging attack ads. She's a weak candidate but was pushed by Trump in primary so that's who we are going to get.

Where the hell has Letlow been? Jamie has been hustling for 9 months now. No letlow signs. No meet and greets. Nothing. A few texts last week saying last day to vote. I’m blown away about her lack of effort. I’ve gone from No chance 0% Davis wins, to a coin flip, to Davis will win. I know multiple republicans in my circle who are fed up with Iran/israel/fuel/epstein that voted Davis. If you still think Davis doesn’t have a chance then you aren’t paying attention.

Cassidy and Landrieu both refused to debate before they won this seat. Don't come on here and say stupid shite if you have no idea what you're talking about

How is that stupid shite and not a reasonable point? Does the public not deserve a chance to hear the ideas of both candidates?

I’ve just assumed letlow is going to win, but she’s run an awful campaign.

I’ve seen a lot more Davis ads and promotions.

If you're the leading candidate and historically the winner didn't have to debate why would you go out and put yourself in a position you don't have to? It's stupid to.do so juts like that last comment

Julia Letlow is a prime example of “The good ole boy system”. It’s a shame many people here still fall for it too. There’s a reason why this state sucks arse so much.

10% of voters decides pretty much every election.

Only candidates who are behind want a debate is as stupid as saying only candidates who are behind want to campaign.

Either run for office or don’t. Running at the clock and refusing to debate is a disservice to the public from a wannabe public servant.

Show up, stand in front of voters across from your opponent for 90 minutes and present yourself and your platform.

It is a very bad development for US elections that districts and states are becoming more partisan and partisans are refusing to engage with the alternative. And it’s happening more and more, mostly from republicans.

I've not seen one sign...not heard one radio spot (have for Letlow)...not seen one TV commercial (don't watch much of that).

If he walked up to me I wouldn't know who he is.

I must not be the demographic he's trying to reach.

It’s a Senate seat. The job entails voting Yes or No.

Letlow’s going to push the right button, Davis won’t.

That is not what a debate is about anymore. They are just an avenue to get a gotcha moment against your opponent.

Besides, the average voter in Louisiana doesn't pay enough attention to politics to care...sad...but true.

refused to debate

This should be a disqualification. I say that knowing I’m voting for Paxton who refuses to debate also although most feel he would wipe the floor with his opponent but he refuses. If you can’t stand in front of your constituency and state your viewpoints and policy proposals, then you shouldn’t qualify for the position.

That said, I sure as hell am not voting for Talarico

In Letlow’s defense, she’s too stupid to debate.
