When will these damn companies realize that wokeism is a financial disease? Political correctness is financial decline whether it be in business or in government. Bowing to the few instead of the many always has adverse effects on the bottom line of your bank account.

Wokeness is a litmus test or a trial run for the Marxist gov't to see who falls in line. The goal is to have gov't control of the big businesses. The people that run these businesses are in the same social circles as the pols in DC. They want the small businesses to collapse because all those business owners are strong and contribute to the American dream. Marxists want to destroy the American dream and don't want those voters having any money or power in their local society. They are meant to fall in line and be controlled while all the rest of us buy from the big box businesses. Small companies are meant to be crushed out of business when they are attacked and cancelled for not being woke.

Biggest takeaway for me this past decade or so is Corporate America is led by idiots.
They make the money they do in spite of themselves. Slowly, it appears some are catching on here and there that maybe the customer matters.

Sex sells. Period. The idea behind pushing bigger gals was "they will see that they can wear this as well and feel sexy". The problem is fat people aren't sexy to the vast majority of the public.
So when women see fat women in lingerie their core thought isn't really "OhEmGee, how brave, yassssqueeen!11" it's "I'm not buying that if that's what I will look like in it."
They buy it because they want to believe that when wearing it they will look like this:

What VS didn't understand was their former business model of using hot chicks wasn't just something for boyfriends/husbands to look at in the store, it boosted sales amongst women.
Women want to feel attractive. So when they see other beautiful women wearing VS products, they buy them so that they too can be or feel beautiful. Most women don't want to throw in the towel and buy meemaw underwear from VS that they could've just gotten from Walmart.
