Overturning Roe v Wade will not change much. Democrat groups will simply form funds to pay for young girls to travel out of state to have an abortion in the nearest state that allows for abortions.

Some, sure, but that’s a separate issue that needs to be addressed.

Regardless, I see this argument a lot, as if the pregnancy rate will stay the same if abortion is made illegal. Perhaps the reason why so many unwanted pregnancies are occurring is that there is the safety net of abortion that women can fall back on.

We need more Christians before we overturn it. The good news is because of President Trumps leadership and the disgusting behavior of libs more and more people are finding Christ these days so we should be ready as a country during his second term.

I understand how you feel, but you just pointed to the bigger issue I've been saying.

Abortion really isn't the issue. Its actually a scapegoat. Morally, it should be abolished.

The real issue, as with most legal matters, is "who is responsible for $$ to take care of the child".

Replace child with ANYTHING else, and you've identified the issue with over 50% of our problems in the US.

Usually, we need parents to be responsible. But because we have so many children parenting children (as my folks would, they are old school) we have more resources being put in child welfare than ever before.

Unwanted kids have a right to life, but they will be a drain on our economy.

I'm willing to accept higher taxes are just going to happen if abortion in banned at the state level. No matter how much we preach about ethics, it will fall on death ears.

Think about it, the type of people getting abortions ARE THE ONES WHO SHOULDN'T BE HAVING KIDS. Meanwhile childbirth amoung the middle classes has been dropping the past decade

Great... more unwanted kids that we'll have to financially support. Really thinking this through.

So the preferred solution is not to ensure they're adopted or to try caring for them (since they're human beings), but to liquidate them?

How Mengele of you.

Nope. While your argument may be true to some extent, many of the people that you claim should abort their child are having that child simply because it equates to a few extra dollars of a government handout.

No way. It could go back to the States, as it should.

So you think Trump's leadership is bringing more people to Christ. What exactly is he doing to help cause this phenomenon?

I think it is one of the greatest moral evils we have ever inflicted upon this Nation.

Well you're wrong. It's a stupid wedge issue that both sides use to rally their sheep.

I personally don't think we need more poor people making babies.

Poor people make babies because it means an influx of rations. Abortion itself was s immoral, but it certainly doesn’t address other problems with society.

Wrong. Let me know when you’ve caught up. Until then, I recommend you talk to people who aren’t me.

I have read your postings. I am not sure why you believe yourself to be intelligent. In fact, your writings are that of a child.

Your positions, as stated in your writings, are amateurish as are your responses. I suggest you write something of substance. Perhaps explain why you believe your wrong views to be correct.

Like I said, the financial aspect is a separate issue and should be treated as one that is divorced from whether or not abortion should be legal.

We shouldn’t be making decisions about the value of a person based on financial burden. If we could, children could be killed at any point before they are emancipated if they become too much of a financial strain on their parents or society as a whole. Same for adults, for that matter.

I was unaware of us having an adoptable child shortage currently. And the trying to care for them, who??? The government? I'm sure this will magically be the one thing they're good at

Man why stop at unborn kids? Why not just gas homeless people and anyone that can’t support themselves? If that’s your thought process why not expand it to everyone we have to support? Prisons nursing homes hospitals just kill them all to save money. Dumbass

You’re here, too. Either you don’t really believe anything of consequence or you’re a hypocrite. Or you don’t really believe your own argument and are using it as a salve for your own guilt.

Several hundred dollars and you’re going to have trouble sleeping the rest of your life. Sucks.
