As a side track, he got into discussion of Tampon Tim's Minnesota law. Tampon Tim's law requires "Period Products" be made available in at least some restrooms accessible to boys in every school facility in the state, grades 4-12. Just as the OP alter denies other facts here, he incredibly denies that Tampon Tim's law has resulted in a single school locating "Period Product" dispensers in a boys restroom in the state of Minnesota.

Meanwhile, the implications of Tampon Tim's law, i.e., matter-of-fact cross-sex (Grade 4-12) restroom access granted in MN schools, apparently evades the OP.
