If you read the article, there's proof that allocated funds have been put in a line item that must go directly to menstrual products in all restrooms from grades 4 thru 12. If they don't have the dispensers in the restrooms, they loose those funds.
Just because they haven't installed them doesn't mean there's no proof that a bill was signed with that specific intent outlined in black and white.
What's truly amazing is that the left and the MSM blocks this with fact checks, but a Trump backed bill or a throw away line with some gray areas gets scrutinized to hell and back. (ie: your entire OP on JD Vance and his suggestion that the nuclear family helps in taking care of kids.)
It seems your hypocrisy know no bounds.

No you’re obviously the type person who’s incapable caring for your children and then wants the government to compensate for your inadequacies. Imagine if he had said in addition to extended family participation we need more stay at home Moms.
That is a radical approach. Invest the money spent on child care, gas, oil, wear, and eating out and live within the means of one income.
And let Grammie and Poppa help take up some of the slack.

It's a pretty bad lead response because it's great it family/gramma and grampa/etc. can help out, but that helps you - it doesn't do anything to reduce the cost of child care overall.
It's OK to acknowledge a poor response. They aren't all perfectly worded pearls of wisdom

I'm arguing that NO SCHOOLS are implementing the law AS YOU READ IT.
School districts and their attorneys have read the law and disagree with you on what it requires them to do.
