Probable cause these days is just someone lying to get the DOJ to do what they want them to do,
Russian collusion?
It says it right here in the Steele Dossier!

I'm not really keeping up with this much - but that's not an affidavit, redacted or otherwise. It's just a redacted brief about the redactions needed for the affidavit (so arguably it's worse )
unless I'm missing something here
the links were posted in Ya Ya Tittle's thread;we were in mid discussion and the thread was anchored and this one stickied.

So only thing they kept was how leaving info available could hurt governments case and aid Trump. They knew to hide this information prior too

I love all the cites to fricking news stories.
They even got Breitbart in there.

This is the government saying "frick You" to the American people.
The portions that were not redacted contained no useful information.
It would be less insulting to release nothing at all.

I don't see anything in the affidavit that made this "raid" necessary. They did it because the boxes weren't stored properly?
What am I missing here that would have caused the immediate need for this raid?

Given the history of lies, cheating and rigging, it would not surprise me if the dems constructed the affidavit after they viewed the contents after the raid.
The dems are truly desperate and will stoop to anything to stop DJT.

You aren't... that is the pleading/order...
However, it should prove to everyone that the FBI can find the right judge, make up whatever they wish on whoever they wish, and there is not a thing that you can do about it...
All in the name of national security and ongoing investigation...

The boxes WERE stored properly at the government’s request.

Unfortunately, the good faith demonstrated by President Trump was not matched once the boxes arrived at NARA. Leaks followed. And, once DOJ got involved, the leaks continued.
So DOJ and FBI leaks ok. Trump's side leaking things, bad. Got it.

This is correct. After the first visit the FBI requested additional locks where the docs were stored.

It seems the inference by the FBI and DOJ is that Trump was withholding classified docs and didn’t send all of them back.
What is NOT explained is why those alleged documents were not retrieved by the government agents that reviewed them at MAL

I’ll just leave this here
LINK
The case in question is titled Judicial Watch v. National Archives and Records Administration and it involved an effort by the conservative watchdog to compel the Archives to forcibly seize hours of audio recordings that Clinton made during his presidency with historian Taylor Branch.
U.S. District Judge Amy Berman Jackson in Washington D.C. ultimately rejected Judicial Watch's suit by concluding there was no provision in the Presidential Records Act to force the National Archives to seize records from a former president.
Hmmm ??

The MSM is deliberately leaving out the tiniest of details in their coverage: Mar-a-Lago has a SCIF.
