There is nothing else they could be referring to but crossfire hurricane against Trump.

I heard last night that these documents (1000's of them according to Ratcliffe) that were declassified by President Trump. Were re classified as Top Secret the second they could after Biden was sworn in.

So technically, Trump had TS documents willy nilly in some storage with locks in his Presidential office.

Yet, many legal eagles have said one President cannot reclassify documents Top Secret the former President declassified.

But they don't give a flying frick.

There motive is to snag Trump with classified and TS documents in a sick delusional trick.

With an added bonus of possibly taking Trump's only copy of documents that would hang them all. AND maybe when Trump made sticky notes to himself he destroyed "Presidential Documents."

It is again asinine but again...they don't GAF.

Former AG Barr speaking out on team swamp's side locked it all in. They will declare Trump is not qualified to run for any office under a law that is simply not applicable to any U.S. President. Or WJC, Obama, Bush's, all past President's would have been charged with espionage.

Which is precisely why it's amusing to see folks wringing their hands when what are perceived as lapses in the statue of limitations pass.

1) Sealed indictments stop the clock on the SOL

2) Actions taken in furtherance of the crime(s) reset the SOL clock, as the cover-up is part of the original crime.
