Everyone knows the mayor is Muslim so they are trying to frame it in a way that insinuates that this was a bomb targeted at Muslims and/or the mayor.

Can’t imagine a better city for an ied to take out electricity than New York. If this happens I hope we do not send anyone to help get them back online.
