Highway patrol or the police should have never let them protest there. Idiocy on both parts.
I see some public liability by the governmental entities facilitating the "protester's" actions by closing the road and allowing them to remain in place. Your tax dollars are going to be diverted to pay for these kind of shytty decisions.

This is what the protestors get for playing real-life Frogger.
At least it was a car, and not an alligator, during the next half of the screen.

No way in hell you can fault the driver for that.
Too bad the driver couldn’t smear more of them though.

Police need to make public statement that under no circumstances will drivers on interstate highway who hit protestors be prosecuted.
It’ll end tomorrow.

Looks like they had closed the interstate.
It didn't look like that large of a protest. Was closing the interstate to facilitate the protest really the best option? It seems like they could have just arrested the whole group of protestors.

quote:It is clear. The protestors had created a safety hazard because of the cars blocking the highway. The police were responding to that safety hazard. And the protestors still did not disperse. I do not want anyone to get hurt. But this is bound to happen when protestors refuse to protest in a peaceful manner.
Was the freeway blocked for the protesters, or was the freeway blocked because of the protesters?

MAGA by belittling, isolating and suggest murdering those you disagree with. Sounds about right. Post the flyers.

I wonder if the injured had insurance?

The police literally planned to close the roads for protest
