US Census is clear as mud. Not all Latin American countries speak Spanish. That is why the racist academics had to come up with “Latino” in the 20th Century when “Hispanic” had been in use since the 1850s.
The ability to identify ethnicity beyond “race” is a relatively new phenomenon with the Census. It’s another way to divide legitimate American citizens.

OMB requires federal agencies to use a minimum of two ethnicities in collecting and reporting data: Hispanic or Latino and Not Hispanic or Latino. OMB defines "Hispanic or Latino" as a person of Cuban, Mexican, Puerto Rican, South or Central American, or other Spanish culture or origin regardless of race.
Brazil has over 212 million people. They are not Hispanic, by definition. They speak Portuguese. The Census is supposed to count the number of people in the country, not determine where tax dollars should be allocated for social justice programs.

Probably a good thing, white people are the ones getting less educated and dumber. Especially ages 35 and younger pretty much deserve whatever fate lies ahead. We will be Great Britain in 30 years

3. There is no nativist cure for a native population that won’t reproduce. This two kid shite starting in your 30’s has got to stop. Young folks should mostly be married with children by age 25. If we’re not going to do that we have to be replaced, if not by Latinos then by plants and trees.

And it won't. No one is going to stop this. No one wants to be called "racist". People worship Musk, but he will continue to push to have unfettered H1Bs brought in. He couldn't care less about traditional America.
If the h1b, and refugee programs aren't legitimately fixed very quickly there's no end in site for how this nation will continued to be destroyed. We need to stop importing people, and start heavy heavy deporting. Not just Latinos have to be sent back.
