Jus as a point of historical accuracy, Arabs did contribute to the advancement of modern society.

First of all every ethnic group had admixtures.
There are subgroups in every country.
Some will have more some will have less.
There is no "white race" that can be determined by DNA. All you can do even for Europe is find admixtures.
Samples of modern people that match other modern people to a certain small percentage.
Brazilians are often very high European ancestry if not 100%.
But again Spain and Portugal has traces of Muslim rulers.
So to repeate.
There is not such thing as a genetic race.
It's a social construction.
You can find that someone has a certain percentage of DNA that matches like people in Europe or Africa.
Most African Americans have a high % European ancestry.
You are conflating subgroups and DNA similarities to create something that just isn't real.
It may shock you to know that the DNA of everyone is amazingly similar.

O.k., but I can't name one that I would pack up and move to that is majority white/Asian.
Maybe Japan, but only if I was independently wealthy and wouldn't have to work, and if someone invented a way for them to just upload the language into my brain without me having to spend 10 years to learn it.

Not disagreeing with your overall point here, but I did want to say about your last sentence that small variances in DNA can make big differences.
We're almost 99% identical to chimpanzees DNA-wise, but that 1.2% makes an awful lot of difference.
