Not weird at all, look up the population of LATAM countries from around WW2 to 1990. Mexico almost doubled from 1960 to 1980 alone. All of their populations boomed, it wasnt possible for them to flood our borders in big numbers until the past 40 years or so.

Yes, but for Humans it's incredibly similar way more than that 1.2%, much so as the 30% DNA difference between us and a housefly.
What people like Lima refuse to understand is the crazy amount of variation in just Y DNA
Many Italians share male ancestors with Middle Eastern Arabs.
Many Persians share Male ancestors with many Germans.
Russians and Indians.
On the Maternal side it's completely different.
While Agreeing that Giant's like Shaq and midgets like Kevin Hart only have a small variance in DNA for a huge change, my point is that "White people" as defined by people like Lima is really just based on a few skin color traits.that make him feel proud about himself.
It has no basis in DNA.
The broad "superiority" of European peoples in recent history has been entirely cultural due to Christianity, education etc...
