I probably wouldn't quit if forced to participate in that, but I would refuse and be belligerent enough to get fired. Then I would sue them.

Agree. I'd be very loud on my way out of the door whether forcibly or on my own accord. I would refuse to answer any of those questions or participate in that. I can get another job. These companies are very lucky white people are mostly passive aggressive and rational thinkers. They don't want an employee base filled with white people like me. You know, principled.
