What am I doing every single day to stop the killing of black people?

I post murder statistics on social media sites with my burner account to show who is really at fault.

probably wouldn't quit if forced to participate in that, but I would refuse and be belligerent enough to get fired. Then I would sue them.

I would just ignore the tasks and not complete them, and if they called me on it show them CRT material that says deadlines are racist. I am therefore complying by decentering whiteness.

Placing idiots in key positions = Dismantling racism. I see how that works.

It's really non-white privilege.

Non-whites benefit from medicine/healthcare that was bestowed on them by the white man.

The Japanese sent a lot of medical info from their atrocities in WW2 as a punishment for their role in the war.

So basically anything you do, say, or feel is an example of white privilege.

Simply existing is white privilege.

Just be glad he got accepted in this day and age as a white male. But yes, attaining a higher end residency program will be more difficult for him since Step 1 is now being reduced to a simple P/F system. Gives residency programs much more freedom to select candidates based on gender and race without having to worry about those pesky USMLE scores.

You only need to look at Stanford’s 2023 general surgery residents to see exactly how things are going at ALL of the top tier schools. It’s laughable and nowhere near representative of the population. And now there is serious talk that Step 2 will also be changed to pass/fail in the next year or so. I guess too many DEI candidates are doing poorly on it.
