One only needs to look at the Interracial Violent Crime statistics to show all this is BS. They are extremely disproportionate in every single way and ‘white’ people aren’t the perpetrators or oppressors.

My white son is in medical school and is so fricked. No matter how hard he works or what he accomplishes, it will be almost impossible for him to get a residency in a super competitive specialty at a top program.

So don't take a promotion, raise, or try and elevate your professional status, irrespective of how hard you work or how much you've sacrificed.

To truly grow as an individual, you must incessantly yield such positions and opportunities to minorities. Only then will you start to grow and improve as a person.

Just be glad he got accepted in this day and age as a white male. But yes, attaining a higher end residency program will be more difficult for him since Step 1 is now being reduced to a simple P/F system. Gives residency programs much more freedom to select candidates based on gender and race without having to worry about those pesky USMLE scores.

How long before the Hippocratic Oath is changed so if you are a patient and don’t play the DEI game, you won’t be treated?

This is what they use when you speak out against their BS. If you’re white it’s “white fragility”.

I would circle a bunch of that stuff and write, “Since you are my employer, asking me this is a violation of my Constitutional rights.” Or “Promotion of this idea is creating a hostile work environment.” Or “Promotion and use of this terminology is de facto support and advocacy of a single political philosophy by my employer.”

The fact that the people pushing DEI don’t want to see the contradiction and hypocrisy in this agenda tells you all you need to know about its purpose.

Get whitey at all costs.

So what if someone is a racist? Anyone of any race can be racist for any reason or no reason at all, it’s not against the law. Not yet anyway

One of the theme of Atlas Shrugged is the to be wary of anyone that is attempting to project guilt and transfer guilt in order to manipulate you. F*ck me if that book isn't a damn prophecy at this point.

I'm in the comfort zone, and I'm fine with that. I feel safe, and in control.

Curious as to the lack of inventions, innovations and advancements contributing to the world's progress that DEI promotes. Seems to be a formula for stagnation and failure while strict merit systems without regard to skin color will make the world a better place.
