So you either pass and get the credit hours or don't credit hours.
The GPA isn't printed on degrees. As long as they're not handing out credits regardless of output from the student then I don't see how this makes a difference in the value of their degree.

I don't know but I want my doctor, dentist, anesthesiologist, architect, accountant, lawyer, optometrist, engineer who designs my office buildings and houses, engineer who designs my cars, computer guys, senior officials, and a slew of many others to have gone to college for at least four years, if not more.
