and let's be clear here. The government isn't reclassifying them as publishers. They are reclassifying themselves as publishers. The government would merely be recognizing it

As usual, this post is fake news. The only thing accurate about the post is the quote about the correction made to the fact check. The original fact check included Nebraska (along with Oregon and Utah) as a state that sends out ballots by mail, but they send out applications.

The fact check is still there, just corrected to remove Nebraska.
