Turkey is gearing up for another war. I doubt one actually breaks out between them and Greece or Israel, but they are certainly readying themselves for such a conflict.

Intercontinental Missiles go into space, so they all travel very fast.

Against Greece, I got Turkey.

Against Israel though, Turkey has no shot.

Escape velocity is ~Mach 33

I'm familiar with ballistic missiles.

The fastest hypersonics in the world are Mach 24, maybe Mach 25. I don't think the Turks' first ICBM is also one of the fastest weapons in the history of warfare.

Developed by the Ministry of National Defense’s research and development center, the missile has a range of up to 6,000 km and can reach speeds of between Mach 9 and Mach 25, using liquid rocket fuel.

The population is predominantly Muslim, but they are considered secular in matters of state. This is more of a response to the combination of Russia's war in Ukraine and the US making noise about pulling out of NATO. European countries (Turkey lies in Asia and Europe) realize now that they have to take responsibility for defending themselves. Turkey is not a threat to Isreal or the US.

the higher the elevation the lower the atmospheric resistance. air resistance increases with the square of the velocity. but with less dense to no air then the less. IE double velocity you quadruple resistance forces.

orbital rockets need to exceed Mach 33 (exit velocity) so its not to far fetched to say their low earth orbit rocket can reach mach 9 to 25. a 6,000 km ballistic trajectory will reach a 1200km to 1500km elevation. at that elevation its a near-vacuum environment, IE, no air resistance.

Just to be clear, there is a difference between escape velocity (breaking gravity and going into orbit) and just going into space and coming back down like an ICBM would.
If I had a car that could drive over 17,000 mph on I10 in west Texas, my car would go into orbit.

If Turkey invades Iraq from the rear will Greece help?

A Turkish intercontinental missile with 6,000 km range would catch all of Europe, Greenland, India, most of Russia and China. It would just fall short of North America.

With zero flight tests...

Anything could.

It's a joke to claim things you haven't tested.

I could weld together some tin cans and claim this.

Greece certainly wouldn't hurt such a rear assault.

What is there maximum velocity a warhead on a ballistic missile would be trailing as it hit a target 600 feet above sea level?

Turkey has never been a good ally. Muslims are inherently untrustworthy. Its not a good thing that the Turks have these missiles. There is a high percentage chance of Turkey eventually selling those to other muslims.
