Or is there an already known threat or feeling that the biggest danger of something happening would be during the swearing in ceremony? Seems plausible that point in the inauguration could be the time/circumstances for something most likely to happen .
Hilarious that people think stating that this could have influenced the decision to move it in doors is "conspiracy theory," especially after two recent assassination attempts.

Most definitely. I’m in the airport now headed to DC. Too late to cancel and get refunds. I have tickets and wanted to see him sworn in live and in person. I am not going there to watch it on tv. Hell, I told my wife change our flight home to Monday so we will be able to get home before the snowpocalypse.

It's not because of the cold. It's for safety reasons. You think Trump would want it indoors if he knew Jimmy Carter and Obama did theirs outside when it was 28 degrees. Hell no, he wants to go on record as it being the coldest outside inauguration on record.
