24 degrees in D.C. in January is a very predictable/common weather scenario. That's normal. It wouldn't be the first inauguration with frigid weather. There is definitely something more to this.

It's not even close to that carrying capacity. Plus, they couldn't re-assign all of those tickets to spots in the Capitol on such short notice anyway. I don't know what they'll do. They have some pretty heavy hitters sitting up close for the speech. Are they going to put up a video screen outside for the masses. Will they just let premium ticket holders into the Capitol? Even then, I still don't think it's big enough.
A lot of people will be standing around freezing their asses off while Trump gets sworn in inside. Rich. Poor. Everybody. Not a good look.
