Infinite Toll Power.

So Iran just allowed to control world economies and shipping. Doo doo on all that. Blow them out the water.

We can’t fight this war long term. Iran has a lot more drones than we do interceptors. Israel is going to be left high and dry or we are going suffer heavy losses

Israel

The Israelis are less worried than Qatar (the irony), the UAE, KSA, etc. But yeah, it's just the Jooos again.

The rest of the world that gets their oil through the strait (not us) should be concerned. But what do you see China doing? India? Australia? Germany? Spain? frick all.

Not necessarily. We get almost no oil that comes through the strait. The UK with their 2 functional destroyers, the French, and the pitiful shite that is the German navy, China, etc., can all figure it out on their own. I do want to see how the "stop oil" crew intervenes, ?

I do get that it keeps global prices higher temporarily, but it's really not our problem the way everyone thinks it is.

This guy is thinking rationally. We don't NEED the oil that passes through the strait, the rest of the world does. We produce enough to be independent and then some.

Maybe there's an outcome where some of the rest of the world says "frick it, we're not dealing with these unstable terrorists anymore" and are driven into our arms instead. Win/win

The guy is a complete moron and even worse he puts yes man idiots everywhere around him. Hopefully even a small fraction of the ppl who’ve been conned by him all these years have started coming to their senses.

At this point, pulling out of the war would be nothing more than damage control for the GOP.

Trump impulsively initiated this war without having gone into any long-term planning. People seem to forget that this guy is not a military diplomat; he’s a nepo-baby businessman.

I understand the frustration with citing vague sources but no media outlet would ever burn their sources like that

So just go over there and frick shite up and cause a global economic crisis and leave the regime intact and leave a smoldering mess and everyone pissed off at us?

Jesus, I’m almost to the point of saying Trump needs to be removed from office. He is half assed doing everything lately and then giving up, leaving a mess and fixing nothing. That’s not good leadership I’m sorry

The strait will be reopened. It doesn't have to be by us. The world can not allow it to be closed. So they will be forced to open it up in some manner. Yes it would hurt us, but it would hurt others much much worse. It would force others to pull their weight.

That said, I don't think that is likely to happen. As I keep saying. STOP listening to what politician say. Everything said during war times is meant to trick someone.

Look at what Trump does not what he says during freaking negotiations and war. He is sending a lot of military personnel. He ISN'T sending in Iraq style division to fight a ground war.

He is sending the people that will do shite like quick assaults, strike targets behind enemy lines, give air support to IRANIAN ground troops, train rebel groups, give intel and guidance to rebel groups, arm rebel groups.

Look at what is happening not what is said.

Marco Rubio specifically said that if you hear information outside of Trump himself, JD Vance or Marco about any of these events then it's not news, it's fake made up bullshite. In other words, there are no "officials" or "sources"

Marco said that? Huh......
Is that the same Marco who, apparently, spewed "fake made up billshit" about the Jews forcing us into attacking Iran and then having to spend the next week or so backtracking that statement?

Is that the same Marco?

Bingo. These sources are likely Congress critters or their aids who have friends at the journal. Nothing posted so far from the wsj or any anonymous source has came close to being accurate or confirmed.

This seems like an unpatriotic divulging of military tactics and strategy. Maybe I’m old fashioned.
