The parents of the shooter are democrats.

Do you think Biden goes to a podium here soon and calls for gun control...

Screw VOR's ignorant comment. GFY VOR. Biden literally said to put Trump in a bullseye.

Arguing that the SS was complicit is a HUGE accusation that doesn't really merit the agents' immediate response to offer up their own lives to shield Trump before they were told the shooter was down.

Definitely didn't intend to imply that the personal detail was complicit, specifically the physical bodyguards. They obviously did their job phenomenally. I mean, Trump himself is a tall man and kept raising his head and fist high above his shields in a VERY Trump-esqe show of defiance and strength, in typical Trump fashion. I'm sure this probably drove his personal shields crazy when their job is to keep him low and covered during escort to the armored transport.

Just pointing out that somewhere in the detail leadership, things have the appearance of being overlooked or outright ignored. Still, I honestly do have to assume that we will never know the whole story.

Biden called for Trump "to be put in the bullseye" on 7/8/24. He called for Trump to be assassinated! Why hasn't he been arrested by the Secret Service?

What part of SCOTUS-sanctioned immunity are you struggling with?

Yeah it's definitely not the corporate press and sitting members of Congress painting their challengers as literally Hitler.....

Let’s not forget; the shooter did hit his intended target. Call it fate, luck, the hand of God, whatever you like but Trump moved just enough…half and inch maybe…to make a kill shot turn into an ear trim.

The shooter may not have been a trained sniper, but he knew he’d get one good shot. After that it was spray shooting. In the scope he probably saw blood and thought he had his kill. Then his head was blown off.

All this just doesn't add up. Everyone is saying what an easy shot it was. If you think a 300-400 yard shot is easy, you haven't ever shot A rifle.

What does a 300-400 yard shot have to do with this situation?

So... we can get back to blaming rape victims for wearing short skirts and cleavage bearing tops now?

I think the most obvious answer is incompetence and failure to communicate/set an organized plan for a perimeter OUTSIDE the event

Seems fairly basic to secure elevated positions within shooting range? Even the use of drones to survey the area during the rally seems like that would be routine.

Read the decision. All President Biden would have to do is hire the kid as a janitor in the Interior Department, Executive Branch, and give him the rifle, ammo and a map of the area.

Official. Act. All. Day. Long.

Not my rules. SCOTUS rules.

Just stop. You're making yourself look like a gullible idiot that only eats up what the news tells you to believe.

I'm guessing you think Project 2025 is Trump's plan too?

All Biden supporters are.

They have been lashing out since the debate and has culminated in an assassination attempt on the leading candidate.

Since when did political assassination become an official act. That's the one of the shittiest hot takes I've seen around here in a long time.
