Unless the SS has been constantly screwing up security, what is the likelihood of someone planning out this specific event and it not having been protected against by the SS.
There is no way the shooter just woke up yesterday morning and decided to do this. It had to have been planned by him over time (or someone else).

I do not have any law enforcement or military training. Call me crazy, conspiracy theorist or whatever, something doesn’t pass the smell test.
Think how quickly this was taken care of. The shooter was killed within seconds, he was identified and he is a republican supposedly. This is a 20 year old kid without any type of military training and we are to believe he was able to get this close and pull this off on his own without any assistance.
Something is not adding up.

Looking at the SS sniper video:
Guy on tripod come off his scope, appears to be looking to confirm what he sees, immediately goes back down (after his entire rig gets moved) and shoots. Sounds/looks like he took first shot.
Then two more shots. Shooter or sniper?
Then rapid fire.

Al Jazeera is also reporting the shooter was a democrat donor, if people need a valid source for that

Seems like the attempts to paint him as a groyper white nationalist and republican voter was just somebody trolling. Edit: seems like he was registered Republican still though, so I’m somewhat still vindicated on the “hey look the crazy has some incoherent ideology” front.

If we think of this as honorable situation by the SS, then it feels they were already responding/investigating the threat before it actually happened. If that is the case why wasn’t Trump removed from the stage out of abundance of caution.

Also it is crazy to think this young man had the skill to make that shot. It was very very close. Also recognize the nerves in shooting a person and a former President. It really pushes me to conspiracy thoughts.

Or simply not enough manpower to properly protect (passively the same thing).
The idea there would not be even a local cop on either side of that building is absurd.
Some sniper will certainly tell us if there was any reason that SS sniper would come off his scope before firing. I think he shot and missed then the other firing took place.

Also snipers don’t use AR’s with 223 ammo (not 100% on this but that’s what it sounds like so far)

I can’t find the picture but there is another SS sniper on a different roof. It’s a still picture but maybe he landed the kill shot. I really just can’t reason how they didn’t eliminate the threat until after he got 3 shots off.

After watching the videos I too am thinking the police sniper shot first at the assassin and missed.

I have feeling that the shot that hit the spectator that died is after shorter got hit. Spectator was 3/4 of the way up the stands it seems. That is a good bit ff from hitting trump.

430ft right? Feel like an average range qualified non-combat arms soldier could make that shot from prone unsupported with iron sight. That’s right in the meaty middle of the qualification target distances.

The way the stands/stage were set up, spectator was in shooter’s line of site. I think the first shot hits Trump, with subsequent shots being off that original mark with rapid trigger. It makes sense that he would set his target and send as many rounds as possible.
