Far better to tie up FBI resources in investigations of an incident 25 years ago when Epstein allegedly touched a 22y/o's hoohoo with his foot during a massage, than to free up those resources to investigate counterfeit ballots in Fulton, or massive financial fraud in Minneapolis.
That is the game afoot (pun intended)

I find it interesting that Trump is being accused of "protecting pedophiles" when he was key in getting his antics into the spotlight before anyone even knew who he was. If it weren't for Trump the guy would probably still be alive, and still doing what he was doing.

What part of it’s a hoax, meaning the democrat drivel of Trump being an island hopper pedo, are you having trouble understanding? The democrats drove a narrative that Trump was part of the child raping culture when in fact the truth came out that he shined a light on it by contacting authorities

Everyone knew it. Trump's inner circle had to know it was going to be a sticking point for the Dems to push for it to be released.
The right move was day 1 of having control of the files, or, whatever this is we're seeing now, was to dedicate immense resources to begin releasing it without being forced. Figure out how to include some non batshit crazy R and D Congressmen so there isn't the impression of partiality in what gets released.
But to say you're going to release them, then not, then try to discredit them, then resist, then have to be forced by a new law, then have DJT appear in it with retarded allegations, now he's fighting an uphill battle with horrible optics in the eyes of people who fall for manipulation.

Trump and his admin fricking up this Epstein stuff is one of the least politically savvy and most hurtful moves of his career. It was a few weeks of fumble after fumble and just a PR/optics disaster. It's an unusual scenario for Trump as he's usually extremely savvy in terms of PR/optics and this was the atypical fail (a huge one).
Trying to spin this as anything else just shows the depths of how people will debase themselves to protect their in-group/Trump.
This isn't that difficult, either. The Epstein situation is a political hot potato that's been spun into insanity by the CT types and Epstein Bros. Obama, Trump, and Biden all knew the shite show and witch hunt it would create, without any real evidence (which means they're part of the cover up and the lack of evidence IS evidence for the CT types).
And you're seeing JUST THAT unfold with the release of this information.
