I think it’s more it lifts restrictions on your ability to travel. He can go on tour and conduct his business.
I’m not saying he’s a good dude or anything. But people do talk about gun restrictions being unconstitutional. Even for criminals.

Must have worked pretty well. Got elected twice. And greatly increased the black male vote the 2nd time.

Just so everyone understands, the loons are already talking about pardons as if this is some unprecedented act. Biden pardoned like 10,000 people, and I bet most people can only name 5 or 10. Why? I'll see your "2 year sentence" and raise you 200 years plus a life sentence. That's what the other dude he pardoned today was serving. But it's cool, though......the corrupt hell hole that is Chicago will probably keep his arse in prison where he belongs. You never know, though, it is Chicago....

This will immediately erase the notion among the black community that Trump is racist.
Releasing an everyday Joe isn't going to garner any attention. NBA Youngboy will. I've already seen some of my black friends on social media post about it.
