2. Making up his own rules of economics, mathematics and budgeting to justify what’s being proposed and make them politically palatable.

3. Discrediting the facts when they get in the way of what he wants to do and demeaning those that produce them.

4. Ignoring reality when what actually happens turns out very different from what he swore would occur.

5. Paying no attention whatsoever to the budget deficit and national debt.
If you didn't know better, you'd swear he is an establishment cuck.

You ain't kidding there. I'm at the point of saying frick it let it crumble so we can start over. Trump ain't the savior a lot of Republicans think he is. Better than hilary by a long shot for sure, though.

He is on pace to add more debt than Obama did if he gets reelected ya dummy

I criticized Obama for running up the debt for 8 years. I also criticized him for his liberal use of executive orders. I'm not going to give trump a pass on those things because an R oz next to his name.

Call me when we have annual trillion+ dollar deficits like we did in Obama's first term.

It looks like this was written by an insecure college freshman who considers an education reading Slate daily.

Funny you should ask.
Because Stan Collender, the OP """Forbes""" author, had something to say about that too.

Obama Gains Credibility as a Deficit Cutter.

As I said idiot stick...wake me when he doubles the existing debt he inherited, which would take roughly $40T and adds as much debt as all previous presidents. He won't come close even though the Fed is trying to sabotage his presidency. They basically subsidized 8 years of Obama and he still spent as much as all previous leaders. And even though he spent all that money it was basically thrown up a wild hog's arse while the economy sputtered and suffered, the border was under attack, the military weakened and we were getting ran out of tons of places where we had a national interest.

Facts don't matter here, as long as MAGA. Didn't you know that?

Of course, the piper will come calling eventually, in more ways than fiscal, but they can still live in their fantasy world for a brief moment in history.

Unfortunately,it will take awhile for America to become recognizable again.

Come on brother.
Stan Collender is horrible.

Amidst passage of the ACA and the largest collection of annual deficits in US history (by a factor of >200%), he said "Obama Gains Credibility as a Deficit Cutter."

No he's not. That's complete and utter horseshite. At most it will be around 1.6 (which is still far too much but also still far less than what Obama had spent at that point in his Presidency).

Again, complete horse shite. Where are you getting your numbers from?

I'm using the using the Office of Management and Budget (the same source I've used since before the Obama administration and is pretty much THE definitive source for historical budget data). LINK

Federal revenues are continuing to increase and are projected to increase.

Tax Foundation

Problem is spending. Part of the spending problem is Trump's fault. Most is on congress who are too chicken to address the issue.
