Here is a simple stat that all should understand. Before the DOE we were ranked number one in the world in education. After it was created we are now 26. Twenty fricken six. The states and communities should control their own education. Take the feds out of it just like the fore fathers of the nation wanted. Why fix what was not broke.

ask yourself,

did the laws, passage and EVERYTHING INVOLVED to form the Dept. of Education stand on “true legal and constitutional guidelines on how it was formed, what led up to it LAW WISE that opened up for it to go thru? and how was it engaged, who signed for it ultimately, and did it originate Constitutionally Legal?

I don’t know the full answer but i think a TON OF THESE DEPARTMENTS & 3-letter agencies were formed UNCONSTITUTIONALLY & all came after the FED RESERVE was signed into law over Christmas Break, that was our Christmas present in 1913.
