A lot of Republicans stood by and let the blatantly corrupt Dems/Deep State roll Trump in his administration, and even more so in that abominable '20 election. I think this is a signal to the corrupt Dems and warning to those Republicans that might think they can walk the fence from here forward. It's do or die and scorched earth from here on in. "Absolutely no unity. frick you" will be the MO moving forward. The days of nice are over as the DEI Marxists are all in to take down the Constitutional Republic; the open Border and virtually unlimited and suicidal printing of money to subsidize all comers is proof of that.

Stuff this big can't be settled by politics, when 'politics' is the problem. Marxists know this..."the barrel of a gun", and that is why they prefer to take the guns via Law, but import battle hardened foreign warriors to employ them if the confiscation don't work. They'll burn this Nation to the ground before losing via an electoral mandate.

Political arguments may be entertaining and fun but are irrelevant in the big picture. This ship has sailed.

You attacking Trump is an example of this "unity" that you speak of?

Oh bullshite. Quite a difference between some unknown person on an unknown message board saying something that 20 people will see vs the candidate for POTUS saying something for millions to see as far as "political unity" goes.

Im a Trump fan and of course Im voting for him. Politics is an embarrassing shite show and getting even shittier really fast.

All I have to say is this:

I cannot imagine not voting for Trump because he may have said something mean about DeSantis.

And I cannot imagine not voting for DeSantis because he may have said something mean about Trump.

I can imagine not voting for someone because they seem unhinged from reality, and I believe what’s coming will require leadership firmly rooted in reality. If no one is available, then I see no reason to vote. It isn’t about “meanness”, it’s about capacity to make sound decisions.

The dude was posting goofy face instagram filters during the state of the union. May need to turn the heat up a bit to get to scorched.

Not meant as an insult on this, but a new personal “policy” came to mind for me that basically consists of giving posts a quick scan particularly for the use of the term(s) “cult” or “cultist,” and should they be noted…..it’s a summary conclusion of no credibility. It’s so unimaginative that it’s an immediate red flag that there’s no possibility of “productive” discussion being had because the one side of the conversation is

not up to the challenge.

Interesting. You seem to comment often to such posts. What a waste of time.

I am curious though. Can one replace cultist with Ronbot and say the same thing you said above?

Probably against the rules to do that.

Personally I’d have erred on the side of caution in not displaying the thoughts belying that post.

Two things can be true.

DeSantis needed to wait, because he’d be a target to be destroyed. How good he is at being governor is irrelevant, he’d take the spotlight off Trump.

Trump will lose again because he can’t stand for someone else to be talked about more than him.

Then Trump will probably run again and lose again in 2028, there goes the Supreme Court and we’re really fricked.

I don’t pay much attention to anyone whose assertions are driven by childish emotion and a obvious lack of logic. I don’t care who it is. But in case you missed it, it was “cultist” that was directed at me, thus my address of that term. I don’t think you really missed that, but more likely that emotion blinded you to it.

That just about what I expected your response to be.

You never notice the actual cult members using ronbot. I understand.

No, you’re not even comprehending what I’m saying, and it’s not complicated. I specifically made it that way. I won’t say why, but I did.

I don’t blame you, I feel the same. We’d all probably be better off without this thing.

What’s with his obsession of Desantis? Dude bowed out with class.

With class? All he said is he would back whomever the nominee is per his agreement with the RNC. It was a standard campaign ending when it was clear he had zero shot. That's it.

He has been very silent in supporting Trump since then.

Yes.

Both are equally stupid and counter-productive. Glad you noticed it.

The US Constitution is our unity …. full stop.

The American way of life that is afforded by the Constitution must be preserved at all costs …. right now.

If that means putting up with a coarse personality of someone that can enforce the laws of this country, I’ll do that …. for both you and me.

Trump isn’t the front runner because he’s the consummate politician ….. Trump is the hammer being wielded by We The People.

Desantis isn’t a bad guy, but he’s aligned with some ole guard RINOs that are …. and he is being rejected by many who have become weary of the old guard that has repeatedly sold out the middle class and the American way of life ….. I’m looking at you Mitch.

When the old guard declared war on the Freedom caucus, and subsequently destroyed it, they planted the seeds for what became the MAGA movement…. not Trump, but the principles within conservatism
