If tweet fails to load, click here. I'll tell you what the GOP Midterm plan is right now and Trump already tipped his hand.
We will paint the entire Democrat Party as COMMUNIST and November 3rd as a WAR ON COMMUNISM!
If the DNC seeks to deny it they alienate their socialist base. If they don't, they prove Trump is right.
We have them caught in a pincer movement! This will be glorious.

Bill Mitchell is a fricking idiot. Why would socialists care if the DNC disavows communism?
No, this isn't Trump's gambit. When he says the communists are making their move he is talking about the actual, literal, globalist communists that he has been fighting this entire time.

Y'all seem to think communism is a bad thing to all Americans... it's not. More than you want to believe think it's great; just and necessary.
That'd be like the dems "proving" a lot of the right are "gun nuts"... well, duh.
Communist bullshitt isn't in the shadows any longer- it's a thing and it's fanbase is growing.

Such a strategy would keep Florida red and possibly keep Hispanics at or close to 2024 levels.
Plus, if Democrats keep up this wealth tax it will scare a lot of middle-left suburban white women.

Florida will stay red regardless of what trends happen with Hispanic voters

With the exception of DeBlasio and now (possibly) Zohran Mamdani, no high-profile American elected official has declared they're "communist."
What you're talking about is the Democratic Socialist party, who until the MAGA era were rightly regarded as mainstream moderates; centrist. The 13 hold-outs are the remnants of what used to be called "blue dog Democrats", right-of-center politicians, who unlike Republicans actually have a soul and work for their constituents.

What positions of the democratic socialist party would be considered centrist?

This reads as someone that just blindly pointed to words in a thesaurus and strung them together in a few sentences with absolutely no idea what any of them mean.

What kind of comment is this? So your point is that if someone "thinks" something is great for them, it is, therefore, great for them? So if I start a cult and convince a group of ignorant people that my vision of utopia is great for them (David Koresh, Jim Jones), then it's a great idea for them to join?
It is bad for all Americans, because communism has destroyed every single society it has ever touched. You would do well to study history and learn from it.

This is one of the most retarded things i have read recently.
MAGA is center left, basically identical to 90s democrats.
Get the F outta here with your "communists are centrist" bull shite.

Correct. Trump is to the left of Clinton on most issues.

Communist centrist

Here's the problem the Dem centrists will have in Nov. If I'm a centrist Dem voter I might have absolute confidence in my centrist Dem incumbent. However, I also know that he will be pressured to always vote with the party and the party is heading in the commie direction. Will he always stand against the pressure of his party or will he sometimes relent? Safer to vote for the GOP guy running ads about how much he hates commies.

One poorly written or poorly received… I’ll take the L.
I meant to convey that “exposing communism” isn’t going to sway all the communists out there… and between the blue haired snoot rings, alphabet mafia, voting immigrants, frustrated retarded youngsters, idiot oldsters that dgaf… there’s more of them out there than any of us should be comfortable with.
Those of us that are properly horrified by communism/socialism already see and appreciate the threat.

I see. Your point certainly did not come across that way as written, but I understand now. I disagree, however, with the idea that we don't need to expose it, because of its growing popularity, as though this shows that people have accepted it's consequences. This is not to say that everyone can be reached. We know that some people would rather die than be proven wrong. But I believe that the extent of which communism has grown is largely due to poor education on what it actually is. They don't understand it's consequences. People are indoctrinated on the perceived "goodness" that comes from a system of "sharing", but they don't understand the logical conclusions of where that leads. They don't know their history, they don't know economics, they just "feel good" about the promises communism makes.
And if the left won't teach them, who else but us will?

this has begun happening, since the 2020 elections
Dems lost the working class White folks, and now Latino and Black men started voting for Trump

The Democrat-Socialists want the government to seize industries and control the means of production. That is NOT moderate - not in America.

Meanwhile Trump has the government buying stakes in private countries. Is Trump a socialist?
