I believe it is totally Unconstitutional, but people under felony indictment cannot "receive" (that includes buying) a new firearm. Just an fyi so I am sure that will become something.

Legally a person can’t purchase a handgun across state lines. Hopefully they shipped it back to a dealer in FL. It’s fricking stupid but with the Hunter shite going on right now would hate for him to get caught up in something as silly as a illegal firearm purchase.
