You’re far more obsessed with trump than the vast majority of this board.

This law is a slippery slope(and possible unconstitutional.). Opens the door to doing away with all SOL and prescription laws. Malpractice, for instance….

New York law already allows a judge to award costs and fees against a frivolous litigant. 130-1.1

And somehow we all know this judge won't do that for this frivolous lawsuit.

So, like I said, there should be a way for Trump to be able to force her to pay for his legal fees.

Believe.All.Women.

If a woman claims to have been sexually abused by this man, why do you doubt it? There are only two witnesses to the crime, and I can guarantee the perpetrator won't testify on her behalf.

No comment on whether all women should be believed, but surely you still believe in this country we enjoy a presumption of innocence until proven guilty, right?

Aren't basically all lawsuits retroactive? Can you proactively sue someone?

Yeah you can't sue someone for something they haven't done yet

Well technically you can by way of injunction (restraining order). But I see where you’re coming from in this specific situation.

Was this the woman he felt up on the airplane, had sex with in a department store or the one he looked at naked while she was wearing her clothes?
